		<description>This reminds me of a talk from TED in 2009 by Elizabeth Gilbert: http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/elizabeth_gilbert_on_genius.html I like her thoughts on how work and inspiration come together to make something amazing. 

While I know much of my best design happens in those moments where external inspiration intervenes I have also learned that I have to be working for those moments to happen or I will miss them.

		<description>I absolutely have a similar fear. I don&#039;t think about it too much when I&#039;m on a roll, but when I&#039;ve hit a block, or just worked too many hours... I wonder if the creative candle has gone out. I think creativity is organic; it needs rest,  it can be rejuvenated, and just as you said, we have no real control over it. What a relief... thanks for the post!</description>
