New Identity

New Identity

This is a taste of what’s to come for my new identity work. I have finished my whole name in this custom hand-drawn font and will be releasing it to go along with my new website redesign/realign.

I wish I could show it off right now, but I must tame the beast until it’s ready to be unleashed.

Looking good man! Nice teaser :)

I love that fact that you have decided to brand yourself with a custom hand-drawn font! I feel it communicates who you are perfectly. I tend to relate hand drawn fonts as being slightly imperfect yet unique and approachable. And with that I immediately related back to some of your previous posts like “Im the worst designer”. The humbleness and transparency in your words can now be identified in your new mark. So awesome!

Congrats bud! Looking forward to seeing new things from you!!!

Josh, dude, thanks man. I didn’t go in to this with all that in mind, but I’m glad to hear you’re picking up what I’m putting down. It’s really cool that you can relate the hand-drawn type to my personality. That gives me hope that I’m moving in the right direction. Take care.

Ooohhhh bebez… I’m officially excited, man. Sure, the K stands for “Kyle”, but it also stands for “Konniptions”, because that’s what the suspense is throwing me into. GIVE ME MORE!

It could also stand for [Face] [-] K [icking] [Awesome].

Looking forward to seeing your redesign man. : )

I’ve been inspired by http://cabeeb.com, and now this, to get off my butt and polish / finish my 40% design. : grits teeth :

Hey Kyle, love your work… a total inspiration in my own designs. Also love to see other Christians sharing their faith. Stoked on your new font! What is the font you are using on your h1 (i.e. “New Identity” at the top of this page)? I really like it as well!
