Hey man, just stumbled across your site when searching for “simple design”. On the topic of Gary Vaynerchuk, I saw him in April at UBMS in Las Vegas and subsequently watched the web 2.0 expo and am following him on twitter and all that. The man has got me really thinking about pursuit of passion and killing it as you say.

Never heard of tinychat – looks cool, I will have to do some exploring. Much respect to all those artists and designer out there.
